2016 Stitching Goals

2016Stitching Goals

I don’t usually make resolutions, but I do have a few things I’d like to do in 2016, so here is my short list of stitching goals:

  1. Finish Anhinga Blues.
  2. Start and complete the Satsuma Street 12 Days of Christmas ornaments.
  3. Learn a new stitching technique–maybe try some hardanger.
  4. Try designing some original cross-stitch designs. (I have lots of ideas!)
  5. Organize my stash.
  6. Spend more time stitching!

Do you have any stitching goals for the new year?

  1. I wish you the best in 2016 and that you can achieve all of your goals. My stitching goals are always the same every year: Finish all of my WIP’s. I have several, so it would keep me busy. But I know that the wonderful designers out there will put out new, wonderful patterns that I just won’t be able to resist. But again, I will try ;)

I have the same problem with books. Every year I want to catch up with my to-read pile, but great new books keep getting published, so it never ends. ☺
